Stratos Perception develops artificial intelligence solutions that enhance the intelligence of machines and processes. Stratos was founded in 2018 and our artificial intelligence roots begin 1997, with a dissertation on neural networks applied to rocket engines to detect incipient stages of failures.

 

Our focus is on advancing sensing and control capabilities in machines to achieve revolutionary increases in capabilities, including power levels, reliability, situational awareness, and autonomy. We breakthrough barriers that may be historically well accepted and fundamental, but that can be penetrated and overcome through AI.

 

In this regard, we develop AI that helps machines to perform exceedingly better as required to meet the demands of space commercialization, which include various sustainability and safety challenges including concerning human habitation, energy production, manufacturing, and spacecraft autonomy.
